Our kitchen fitters will arrive at your house on time with all their equipment to ensure that they are ready to get started as soon as you give them the go-ahead! Your kitchen can be fitted within two weeks of being booked in if everything runs smoothly.
I have been financially impacted by Covid-19. Can I take a payment holiday from my finances?
We understand that you may have financial difficulties following the recent budget changes. If this is the case, we can offer a payment holiday to allow you time to resolve your issues and come back with an additional sum of money for kitchen installation costs such as kitchen units or kitchen appliances if required.
How are your kitchens so competitively priced?
Our kitchen prices are extremely competitive as we purchase our kitchen units from the Far East. The savings that we make on purchasing costs are then passed onto you, allowing us to offer some of the best kitchen prices in Bristol without compromising any quality.
Where are your cabinets manufactured?
All of our kitchen cabinets are produced in the Far East. The kitchen units, kitchen sinks, and kitchen worktops which we sell to you have been manufactured from sustainable sources such as natural wood or MDF board.
Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?
We provide a five-year structural guarantee with all of our kitchen installations so that peace of mind is guaranteed for both yourself and your family members who will be spending time in the kitchen daily.
Where is the wood sourced from to manufacture your kitchens?
The majority of our wooden products come from sustainable forestry plantations; some do however originate from reclaimed trees after they were damaged by storm damage or felling during construction projects around Bristol. This ensures that no new trees need to be cut down and that we can provide kitchen products that are both gorgeous to look at and environmentally friendly too.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We offer three different types of payment; cash, bank transfer, or finance through our suppliers. With the latter option, it means the kitchen is only paid off once your kitchen has been installed so there’s no risk involved in purchasing a new kitchen without having any money upfront.
How can I change my delivery address?
If you need to make changes we must be notified immediately so our dispatch team has time to process this request before manufacturing. You can either email or call us directly and we will then liaise with the manufacturer in regards to the new details provided. We would recommend contacting us by phone if making an urgent amendment. This way there won’t be any delays when sending out your kitchen.
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
We offer both standard and express kitchen installation which means that once your kitchen has been manufactured it can either take up to 16 weeks or just four weeks.
Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?
You will be able to speak with a kitchen expert who can answer any questions you may have and provide advice on the best kitchen solution for your needs.
Can I change my existing order?
Yes, orders can be changed as long as they haven’t been processed yet.
When do I need to pay?
You need to pay for your kitchen at the time of order and we require a 25% deposit with the remaining balance split into three equal monthly payments.
What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?
If you are not there on the planned delivery date then our drivers will leave a card with details of how to rearrange your kitchen fitting.
What if my product arrives damaged?
It’s important to check all kitchen products on arrival for damage. If your kitchen parts are faulty or damaged then you have the right to return them, but it must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
What if my order arrives incomplete?
In this case, there might have been some errors when processing your order, so we must get in touch straight away. We would need full information from you regarding what has happened and where possible, images of what is missing for us to be able to process an exchange or refund depending on the circumstances.
